Job Summary

Essential Functions
  • Support day-to-day execution to include paid search /paid social campaign setup, keyword development, bidding, budgets, ad copy creation & testing, account restructuring, audit & QA
  • Monitor daily budget pacing and ensure we are on track to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and execute on a testing roadmap for new keywords, ad copy and landing pages.
  • Size new opportunities within Google, Bing and Facebook including new ad formats or betas.
  • Help with monthly budget planning by analyzing historical performance and expansion opportunities
  • Proactively identify trends and translate findings into prioritized actionable recommendations
  • Create reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables and lead presentation to internal teams
  • Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients landscape, target audience behaviors, and KPIs
  • Participates in and supports the development of new and creative growth strategies.
  • Participates in evaluating emerging technologies
  • Regularly generates defined reports on digital activity; to support identifying trends and opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience creating and measuring paid media, search, and/or social campaigns
  • Strong overall understanding of: SEO, paid search, analytics, content strategy, and/or media buying as it relates to digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular function/department/field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in website applications including but not limited to technical, and content
  • Experience with relevant technologies/digital platforms to support website functionality
  • Knowledge of HTML, Adobe products (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.), MS Office (excel, power point, word), SEO, paid search, remarketing, and social media is required
  • Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in audience targeting and remarketing tactics
