Job Summary



Essential Functions

In partnership with Account Manager, develops ongoing customer relationships
Provide full range of services to assigned accounts, including customer service, training and providing solutions to customer problems
Act as liaison to other internal and external entities
Provide support to higher level Account Managers
Create sales opportunities
Gather data and provide information to answer questions and respond to inquiries


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years related experience
Strong customer service orientation
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal communication
Problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
May require a valid driver’s license
