We are looking for a Spa Experience Coordinator to join our fun crew at the new MoonAcre Spa in Calistoga
This position Responsible for providing quality, friendly, professional service to guests as it involves checking guests in and out, assisting with requests and needs prior, during and after their spa services, answering the phone, taking spa reservations, providing retail services and performing guest bath and mud services as requested. In addition, responsible for monitoring cleanliness and operations of the spa.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have experience with Microsoft office (Email, Word and Excel)
Must have excellent written skills
Ability to understand spa operations and pay close attention to details.
Experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.

Essential Physical Abilities:

Periodically required to work at a very fast pace, under pressure.
Stand and walk throughout shift.
Occasionally required to handle and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs. over short distances.
Reaches and lifts to perform routine job tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

To enthusiastically describe, sell and schedule spa services and amenities over the phone and in person.
Greet and tour all spa guests warmly and professionally.
To accurately schedule and confirm all spa appointments.
To maintain a working knowledge of all services and products and recommend them to guests as appropriate.
To accurately close all transactions through point of sale system and follow cash drawer and drop procedures.
To respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction.
To anticipate and resolve potential operational conflicts.
To consistently offer the highest level of personalized guest service while maintaining an enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
To conserve and monitor supplies and assets of the spa.
To receive, price, and stock spa retail products.
To monitor spa locker room, spa garden, spa lounge and bath facilities consistently.
To replenish linen, products and other guest supplies as needed per spa standards.
To assist spa therapists upon request.
To introduce and perform bath and mud services.
To attend all scheduled mandatory meetings, treatment and product knowledge training sessions.
Complete special projects as assigned.
To directly set and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
To assist in the training of other team members as directed.
To perform other tasks, including cross training, as directed.
To assist with special projects, events and promotions as needed.
To promote spa services and products throughout the property.
To use available time to help with spa operations as requested.
To represent the spa and hotel in a positive and professional manner.
To promote and comply with all company policies and procedures.
To immediately report all suspicious occurrences, hazardous conditions and injuries.
To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.
Follow all company safety standards, including proper equipment handling to avoid injury to yourself and others.
