Job Summary

Essentials Functions
  • Prepare clear communications for internal stakeholders and coordinate flow of information.
  • Coordinate marketing requests in a timely manner. Gather all requirements and feedback.
  • Proof copy for accuracy and adherence to compliance and marketing guidelines.
  • Set up and maintain tracking systems for marketing production.
  • Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Coordinate ordering and inventory of product brochures, sales collateral, promotional items, event materials.
  • Strong collaboration with marketing team and core marketing liaison to other departments
  • Expected to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing request objectives are clearly defined, relevant, and enable cost/benefit assessment
  • Responsible for managing and prioritizing work flow and assignments based on objectives and marketing requests.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proficient MS Office skill set
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous industry experience is a plus.
