Operator - Swing Shift

Temp to hire Operators needed. Day, Swing and Graveyard Apply Now! 

Day Shift Operator 7am - 3:30pm

Swing Shift Operator 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Graveyard Shift Operator 11 pm - 7:30 am

Position Scope and Purpose:

To produce, inspect and package product per supplied specifications and instructions. Improve the productivity, quality, and margins of the manufacturing facility through targeted implementation of automation, statistical process controls, product flow streamlining, and systems improvements.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions:

Work with plastic molded parts.
Remove plastic molded parts from injection molding machines.
Load inserts into the mold.
Trim flash from the part.
Counting and packaging parts
Regular attendance.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No experience required 
The ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand, speak and read English..
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be proficient in counting and math.
Must pass competency testing for this position.
