Shift: Saturday & Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Personal Care Staff at The Villas at Cloverdale will provide a safe and comfortable environment for the residents. The Residents will be provided with and excellent level of dignity, care and supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To Provide friendly, courteous and dependable care and supervision services to residents, involving assistance as needed with activities to meet the needs of daily living. Care and supervision shall include but not limited to any one or more of the following activities to meet the needs of the resident(s)
(a) Assistance with Activities of Daily Living including but not limited to; dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene
(b) Assistance with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including but no limited to; housekeeping and recreational activities.
(c) Assistance with distribution of medications, taking medications, central storing, refilling medications, and receiving and logging in medications.
(d) Maintenance of house rules for the protection of residents
(e) Supervision of residents schedules and activities
(f) To Respect residents’ rights
(g) To communicate with the Administrator or to others should a change in the residents’ condition occur and document in the communication log
